Key Dates

The nebusiness awards are open to entries from Tuesday, 11 October 2011.

A shortlist of the 3 top entries for each category will be decided by Friday, 3 February 2012. Shortlisted companies and organisations will be announced in the Evening Gazette on Tuesday, 21 February 2012 and The Journal on Wednesday, 22 February 2012 respectively. Succesful companies will be contacted and notified of this in advance of the published shortlists.

The Awards will be presented at a gala dinner for each sub-region as follows:

• Teesside Business Awards 2012 - Olympia Building, Teesside University on Thursday, 8 March 2012
  
• Durham & Wearside Business Awards 2012 - Stadium of Light, Sunderland on Thursday, 15 March 2012
  
• Tyneside & Northumberland Business Awards 2012 - Newcastle Marriott Hotel, Gosforth Park on Thursday, 22 March 2012
  

The winning companies from each of the sub-regional heats will go through to the Regional Final of the nebusiness awards which will be held at Hardwick Hall Hotel, Sedgefield on Thursday, 26 April 2012.
