Purpose of Competition
This award is open to companies in the region that normally employ no more than 50 full time staff and who have maintained consistent growth and strong financial performance, who understand their customers, have full buy-in from staff, and who have delivered on their core strategic objectives.
Judging Criteria
The judges will pay particular attention to:
- An established market position
- Significant growth or expansion
- Potential for sustained growth
- Innovation in products, services or processes
- Customer and staff engagement
- Effective leadership and management
- An ethical approach to business
- Strong business results
Eligibility
The competition is not open to the category sponsors or Trinity Mirror North East publications.
