Purpose of Competition
To recognise outstanding performance by a business operating in the science and technology sectors in the North East.
Judging Criteria
For the purposes of the competition, ‘science and technology' refers to businesses, based in the North East, operating in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, internet/software/technology developers and/or suppliers, IT infrastructure, internet business, instruments and diagnostics, chemicals, IT consultancy, telecommunications, electronics and engineering. The organisation must demonstrate outstanding performance in a number of aspects relating to their operation including commercial success and evidence of growth, innovation and sustainability.
Eligibility
The competition is not open to the category sponsors or Trinity Mirror North East publications.

All financial information will be treated in the strictest confidence and will not be disclosed to anyone other than the panel of judges and its advisors. Please provide enough relevant information to enable the assessors to form a clear picture of your achievements.
