Purpose of Competition
To recognise, encourage and reward organisations who make a significant contribution to the health and well-being of their workforce.
Judging Criteria
The award will be made to an organisation that can demonstrate they have shown a commitment to the health and wellbeing of their staff through HR policies, training and skills, personal development and the working environment – and how this has led to organisational success.
Eligibility
The category is open to commercial organisations, educational establishments, training providers, voluntary bodies, trade unions and public agencies. The competition is not open to the category sponsors or Trinity Mirror North East publications.

All financial information will be treated in the strictest confidence and will not be disclosed to anyone other than the panel of judges and its advisors. Please provide enough relevant information to enable the assessors to form a clear picture of your achievements.
